I just finished reading Rework , by the guys at 37signals. After seeing a tweet from Kevin Rose (Digg).

I highly recommend this book to anyone starting or thinking of starting a business.

Plain talk, simple but brilliant concepts, and they speak from experience, not from what they learned in an MBA course. It is a very quick read, you could read it in one sitting, but they have trimmed it down to the essentials.
